Teachers endeavor to challenge each student to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. By employing research-based instructional practices and analyzing data to assess mastery and growth, both teachers and students establish goals for ongoing development and improvement. Instruction focuses on equipping students with skills necessary for college, career, or workforce readiness, as well as fostering good citizenship for productive societal engagement.
